Let’s Fly!

Steven Romo, born and raised in Los Angeles California, always knew he wanted to fly since he was a kid. It wasn’t until he took the controls for a brief moment on a Cessna 172 for his first discovery flight from Auburn California to Lake Tahoe that he found the pure enjoyment and freedom in flying. Since becoming a IFR rated Commercial Pilot he has worked as a Ferry pilot, Flight Instructor and Airline Pilot in Hawaii with Mokulele Airlines. He now lives in Grass Valley California where he continues to fly and give quality flight training with a fun and patient flare. When he is not flying he enjoys sailing on his boat with his wife and friends on the many lakes and rivers in his area.

Steven offers a ground level interpersonal experience that brings students through the process of becoming a safe and knowledgable pilot. He highly recommends beginning the flight training with the FAA PPL,IR,CPL written test already completed. And he recommends a faster pace schedule over a fly once a week kind of schedule. With over 2000 hrs of flight instruction given he has noticed a considerable saving in time and money and a much higher success rate with his students who fly at a more accelerated pace with the written test all ready out of the way.

“As long as you are flying with me, I will keep imparting aviation knowledge with you.”
